1) All entries must be regestered and benched by 3:30 pm Saturday.
2) Judging will begin at 5:00 pm Saturday. Entries will be judged according to IFGA rules.
3) The exhibitor will determine the class of competition in wich his/her entry is to be exhibited.
Assistance in classification will be available if needed at the time of registration.
4) Every precaution will be taken against loss of fish or other hazard, but the show committee cannot assume responsibility for such loss.
5) Fish may not be removed from the show until after the auction, at wich time a member of the MGB will return the fish to the exhibitor. Exceptions to this policy must be obtained from the Chairperson at the show site.
6) No gravel, greens, or decorative items may be used with any entry.
7) Lighting will consist of all available light as determined by the show chairperson(s). This may or may not include florescent, incandescent, halogen, natural or any combination thereof. Stands will be draped with black cloth or painted black.
8) Auctioned fish must be pairs of trios ( consisting of at least one male and one female of the same strain). Auction fish need not be entered in the show to be auctioned.
9) Any unsold fish or entry fish with insufficient return postage will become the property of MGB.
SINGLE ENTRIES: Male and female entries will be exhibited in plastic containers.
One female is optional for male entries, but will not be judged.
TANK ENTRIES Two matched males will be exhibited in plastic containers.
One female may be added, but will not be judged.
BREEDER MALE: Five matched males will be exhibited in 2.5 gallon containers.
BREEDER FEMALE Three matched females will be exhibited in 2.5 gallon containers.
NOVICE CLASS: These classes are open only to those exhibitors who have never
won and Annual Class Award. ( 1st - 4th places ).
JUNIOR CLASS Anyone 16 years of age or under at the beginning of the show year
( November, 2004 ) is eligible to enter fish in this class.
