The DoubleTree Hotel is located just north of Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Take Interstate 94 to Merriman Road north approximately 1/2 mile, then u-turn left in front of the Crown Plaza. Going south on Merriman bear to the right at Wickham Road. The show site is down about 1/4 mile on the right.
Room rates are $82.00 plus 14% tax for either a king or a two double bed room. Maximum of four ( 4 ) persons to a guestroom. It is imperative that the person making the reservation(s) advise the agent the name of the group, (Michigan Guppy Breeders), at the time of making the reservation. Failure to provide this information may result in a higher rate being assessed, and it will be the discretion of the Hotel to adjust the rate at time of guest’s check-out.
All reservations must be guaranteed to a credit card, or the Hotel will accept a one night(s) room and tax deposit, which must be received fourteen (14) working days prior to the individual’s arrival date. Should the individual find it necessary to cancel his/her reservation, he/she must do so by 4:00 p.m. on date of arrival, or the Hotel will charge the credit card one night’s room and tax at the Group’s agreed upon rate. The hotel will provide free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.

1) All shipped in entries must be received by Friday evening, June 4, 2005
2) Due to recently changed regulations, MGB can not guarantee our ability to return fish to exhibitors through the U.S. Postal System. If our local Post Offices will not accept shipments of live fish, alternate shipping arrangements may have to be made. While we will try to return fish with the most cost effective carrier, shipping rates will most likely be more than that of the U.S. Postal Service and are the responsibility of the Breeder and not the host club.
